Telephone Cabling
Since the inception of Global Eclipse technologies in 1994, as a business class
telephone equipment provider we have been a privately held company that prides
itself in exceptional service and solid reliable products. As a provider of
business class telephone equipment and phone system repair services in the
Houston and surrounding areas Global Eclipse Technologies has a superior
reputation in the small to mid size business sector with employees ranging from
5 to 150. Customer service is what drives our customers to return again and
again. Whether you company is looking to move, upgrade or maybe the telecom
service company your now using isn’t holding up their end of the bargain, give
us a call and maybe we can help untangle the confusion that surrounds your
telephone system and phone services.
In the telecommunications arena GET has certified and experienced personnel on
several products, including Nortel, BCM, Norstar, ESI, as well as Executone and
several others. The Nortel product line from Nortel Networks and the ESI product
line from Es-Tech Systems are our primary products and both have an excellent
reliability rating. The telephone feature list of the Nortel and ESI product
line includes the ability to have VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), PRI
(Primary Rate Interface, UM (Unified Messaging), Caller ID, ACD (Automatic Call
Distribution), voicemail, auto attendant, message notification and many others.
Both the Nortel and the ESI product line carry a 1 to 5 year warranty which can
be extended if you desire with a phone system maintenance contract.
The partnerships we have formed over the years allow us to help your business
whether you have one location or several throughout the world. We have
experience in VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone systems that will allow
you to call your branch office across the country or that employee that works
from home and it will seem as though they are just down the hall.
We make it easy to do business with us. Global Eclipse Technologies has a very
simple proposition: give businesses robust, full-featured communications, but
don’t require them to become network gurus and telephone mystics to get it done.
For administrators and users alike, the phone system should be almost invisible
-- a no-worry, no-hassle conduit for the critical information flow of business.
