Executone Technical Support & Repair
If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your Executone telephone system, Executone voice mail system or integrated telephony application, you are invited to submit the Technical Support form below. Upon receipt of your request a certified technician will contact you in an attempt to resolve your problem over the phone. Please be aware that phone support is billable at a rate of $50.00 per 15-minute increment for customers who DO NOT have a Maintenance Contract with GET. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely then an onsite visit will be scheduled. Remote programming and on-site dispatch will incur normal billing rates for those services.
