PC Attendant Console

Handling an active office’s phone traffic is an incredibly demanding task, particularly for an receptionist who has other duties as well. That’s why ESI created the ESI PC Attendant Console. Built on the incredibly full-featured VIP Professional software platform, ESI PC Attendant Console is ready to give even the busiest receptionist the tools to handle calls and help keep the office running smoothly.

In addition to VIP Professional’s regular Call Display and Quick Contact List, ESI PC Attendant Console includes constantly updated views of:

 Presence indication

• Incoming calls
• Holding calls
• Up to 200 virtual buttons (like programmable feature keys, but on-screen)
• Visually Integrated Phone — Integrates with ESI 48-Key Feature Phone (Digital or IP) and Microsoft® Outlook® 2000, 2002, or 2003.
• Uses familiar Windows®/Outlook interface — Reduces or eliminates need for training.
• Available in two configurations — Basic VIP and the more fully featured VIP Professional.
