(Primary Rate Interface, UM (Unified Messaging), Caller ID, ACD (Automatic Call
Distribution), voicemail, auto attendant, message notification and many others.
Both the Nortel and the ESI product line carry a 1 to 5 year warranty which can
be extended if you desire with a phone system maintenance contract.
